Requesting access does not guarantee access. We evaluate requests and may grant, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. Any environment we provision is offered on an as-available basis.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to act on systems you are not authorized to operate.
4. Automation and governance
Agentic Genie executes automated actions on systems you connect. You are responsible for the scopes, allowlists, and approval rules you configure, and for the tools and integrations you authorize. We provide governance controls (approval gates, allowlists, audit logging), but you remain accountable for how the Service is used within your environment.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Agentic Genie and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Genie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
